Stabeno College Consulting offers a broad range of college planning services guiding students and their parents with the college search and application process. As an experienced college consultant, Karen has the expertise and experience to help you successfully navigate this overwhelming process and meet your goals. Students and their families have begun working with Karen as early as their freshmen year of high school to understand the college admission process and select appropriate high school courses and extracurricular activities. Karen also assists college transfer students and often works remotely with students outside of the Portland metropolitan area, including internationally.

Evaluating the student's academic transcript, test scores, and extracurricular credentials.
Recommending appropriate college preparatory courses, summer experience ideas, developing extracurricular interests, and/or potential leadership opportunities.
